I wasn't expecting a lot especially for the price but with shipping this product is not worth the purchase. In the product's description it says, "Gorgeous." That's not true, this charm is anything but gorgeous. The "glass" heart actually felt and looked like plastic. I'm pretty sure it was plastic, false advertising. The anchor going into the charm, used to attached the necklace's loop, was cracked on both pendants I ordered. The pendant looks a lot better in the promotional picture than in real life. Save your hard earned money!
